Chuck’s Challenge:

This week, pay attention to your body’s signals instead of fighting them. When discomfort, stress, or emotion shows up, pause and ask, “What might my body be trying to protect me from?” Approach yourself with curiosity rather than judgment. Healing often begins with listening.
